What's Happening
The Towns of Aurora and Stouffville, and the Township of King, are proud to announce a collaborative initiative to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Aurora War Memorial in 2025.
With the improving weather conditions, Central York Fire Services (CYFS) has lifted the temporary fire ban put in place for Aurora and Newmarket on August 11.
Effective immediately, a total fire ban has been issued in Aurora and Newmarket and will be issued across York Region by local Fire Chiefs.
